Summit Hilltop Estate
Location: Summit, New Jersey
This magnificent house is set atop a large hill with incredible views of New York City. The rear of the home terraces down along the hillside. Emphasis was placed on maximizing views out from the highest floors of the house toward the NYC skyline. A palladian dormer provides light and ceiling height in the attic which serves as a home office for the homeowner. The pool was set on the edge of he hillside for privacy and to maximize the panoramic views.
